      Pros

      Si può fare smartworking e c'è la flessibilità per il lavoro in presenza, l'ambiente è piacevole e amichevole, ci sono diversi benefit per i dipendenti.

      Cons

      Avere la flessibilità vuol dire anche che a volte si è costretti a lavorare più del necessario e gli straordinari non sono pagati (vengono pagati sopra un certo numero di ore).
