Poor management and frequent layoffs overshadow any positives - Software Engineer BitGo Employee Review

- bad performance review/promotion cycles. - upper management/ product is very bad - you get laid off easily or endup with less hike or no promo and get told your work is not good even if project was doomed to fail from start because of bad co-operation from product and even if you still managed to deliver the project - they dont follow engineering practices , - code quality and developer exerience is very poor - company wide reorgs happen way too much - product team aint good, they lack direction - projects that come dont have requirements finalized but have deadline ( 22 days) finalized.
