- One of the few companies on the market that is in position to capture the huge digital assets upside when more traditional financial firms & investors get into the space - No shill work environment, people are focused moving the company forward - Deep engineering talent, humble and friendly co-workers - Interesting tech, get exposed to SaaS, FinTech, Blockchain, and Security all-in-one - Revenue up and to the right; huge contracts being signed left and right
Cons
- Work life balance can be skewed, need more seats in R&D - Lots of projects happening all at once; all of these projects carry great upside; would love to see more focus at the same time it'll be a shame if we lose any of these deals
