      Pros

      Paid insurance! Catered lunches everyday. Management treats you like an adult, doesn't hover over you or micromanage. You know what is expected and do it. Great co-workers; BitGo really vets out new employees to make sure its a culture fit. Watching the company grow! Being apart of something bigger. Love working in the crypto space!

      Cons

      Small start up can be stressful for some; always changing. Have to work in the office everyday.
