If there's one thing that's good about this company, it would have to be the salary it offers. But with the problems BitMart has, it just isn't enough to even consider working here.
Cons
There's just so much to talk about that I'd end up spelling all day writing so instead I'll list them down. -Terrible work-life balance, long hours alongside an exhausting workload -Constant micromanaging, your every action is scrutinized at every moment - Managers are useless, can't do their job properly and give no support to employees -Lack of direction, leadership doesn't know where to lead this company -Ineffective leadership, the decisions they make are insensible -Lack of communication, employees aren't kept in the loop about changes being made in the company.
