I'm really glad I joined this company. BitPusher promotes a fun, collaborative environment of inclusion with a strong emphasis on continual learning. They foster a work-life balance culture, offer flexibility around scheduling, and encourage employees to work on projects and tech that most interests them. While many companies would say that about themselves, I've really found that to be true here. The average tenure of team members is quite high which speaks for itself. The learning and professional growth I'm experiencing at BitPusher are very satisfying and motivating. Great employer!
