- They're a growing brand, which gives you plenty of opportunity to take initiative, step up, be involved, and make an impact. - There's opportunity for professional growth; vacancies are open to all staff to tender an application. It's incumbent on the employee to take the initiative and apply. - Work-life balance (it's a two-way street - know your priorities, but have the courage to set reasonable boundaries) - Head office staff in Toronto are genuinely nice and passionate about the brand; it's not cut throat. Current retail team in Toronto are incredibly hard working and are true colour experts. We're lucky to have them! - Perks include free product, a healthy employee discount, medical/dental benefits, paid sick leave for both full time/part time retail and head office staff
Cons
- Growing pains, but it's a very necessary part of growth. The up side, parent company is visibly putting the needed resources in to optimize operations. - There's room for communication improvement between US and CA offices.
