Pros
I am a Latinamerican guy and it's been nice to come to a company from my country because we are similar.
The ambient is great and they are there to help out.
Not everyone is from Peru though, but so far we are all spanish native speakers, so it's not like the company is not open to other nationalities. Actually, all our documentation is in english because you never know :)
Cons
I have not been able to go to the team retreats and I guess that would be nice to integrate even more, part of the remote thing.
