It’s so refreshing to work at a company that is stable and growing. I love the company motto that, “we are here to serve those who serve others.” Recent hires have included seasoned and credentialed staff to run HR, IT, and Marketing. Last year’s interns were promoted to full time jobs and additional sales and account executive staff have been hired to accommodate business growth. The company offers very good work/life balance and competitive earnings. A custom step-by-step training program makes it possible for those without prior insurance experience to change careers and succeed. The work environment is professional, supported with modern technology, and leadership is readily accessible. There is a keen sense of teamwork and camaraderie. I see smiles and hear laughter often in the office.
Cons
This is a hardworking group who take serving customers seriously. Insurance can be a complicated business and many of the roles require getting an insurance license. It takes a lot of work to keep up with the on-going changes in the insurance industry. You must be motivated to learn, grow, and serve if you want to thrive in this environment. For the right person, the rewards are well worth it.
