People (from CEO & co-founders down) are passionate, smart, down to earth and want to succeed. Hard working but fun. Collaborative environment. Run by successful industry veterans. Management is results-oriented and not micro-managing. Technology is somewhat new to market, but already the leader in the marketplace and becoming an industry standard. Great office and location. Whole Foods Market in the building. Easily accessible by car or public transportation.
Cons
Like any startup - some small growing pains like resources and office space being a bit tight, changing processes and guidelines, ever-growing group of employees and keeping track of who's who.
