Cons
Very poor HR policies. Higher management is not bothered about the employee care. The company works on the labor policy and expects the employees to work like labor for full month and then take salaries, and other than that nothing else. The management does not share any project plans with the employees, there are no recreational in house activities, they just want their employee to work for full day from their respective seats. There are many restrictions which are not at all professional.
