Pros
I have been with BizNet for over 2 years and can see myself here for several more to come. BizNet is a company that truly cares about their employees. They offer fantastic benefits including great insurance (which they help pay for), a lot of PTO starting out, company events & celebrations, drinks & snacks, and more. BizNet also supports employees growth and development by providing training opportunities such as online training, Lunch and Learn sessions and more. I have learned and grown a lot with BizNet and I enjoy working with my team and my boss. This really is a great place to work.
Cons
BizNet is a software company growing quickly (the first year I worked here we doubled in size). The growth is a great thing but it can also lead to a fast-paced environment in which changes happen very quickly. While this can be stressful, I believe the knowledge, skills and experience gained is well worth it. This may not be the environment for everyone but for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy being challenged and learning new things this is a great place to be.
