Pros
i waited a year to post this but wanted to say ive been blown away by how great this company has been to me. its been humbling being around a talent pool that knows alot more than me however this has been a great learning opportunity! i hope to one day be a SME at this company and be a mentor for those who walk through the door. this company will push you to be better so long as you allow it to. this is what i was looking for in a job, a place where i wont be criticized for not knowing all the answers but a place where i could find all the answers if i spend time looking as well as leaning on my great coworkers for help! they are focused on employee growth so as long as you are willing to learn and apply yourself you will have no issues finding what your wheelhouse is at this company. we all have different goals and experience levels however what ive found is we all are running in the same direction. we all share the same passion for IT and we love our clients! (Yes even the noisy ones!) the company culture here is great! its very work hard play hard. the work its self will kick the crap out of you and humble you if you arent prepared. they ask that you try your best and pull in resources when you get over burdened but hands down this company has the best holiday parties ive been to. we have semi monthly/quarterly events the effort management puts into these events really shows they care about all their employees. all this packaged together makes me want to work harder for them to ensure the brand succeeds. the company is small enough yet big enough that anyone can make an impact on the image. you wont be drown out by corporate nonsense and its not like a small business where its do or die. the way this company operates really ensures that my needs are met and they communicate what is needed from you as an employee. i go into every interaction with a client as if its my reputation on the line. i will continue to represent this company as if it were my own because of how they have treated me. ive worked at plenty of places that are a meatgrinder. bizco seems that its interests are quality over quantity. you'll work hard but everything you put into this company will come back to you. you will have a voice, you will be respected, you just have to show up and do the work.
Cons
i honestly havent had one pizza party here... (IM KIDDING!) honestly im sure every place you work at has cons once you have worked there long enough. the thing i know about working here is they value efficiency. if you bring something up to management they are always looking at ways to improve so long as it makes sense. i dont have any cons at the moment. when you enjoy what you do day in and day out you really aren't working are you?
