Pros
Flexible with working hours and salary is on time.
Cons
The salary rate structure lacks transparency, primarily due to the company's evaluation system. While the base pay is ₱140 per hour, there is potential to earn a slightly higher rate. However, consistently maintaining a rate above ₱150 is very difficult under the current setup, as student evaluations heavily influence our pay. It raises concerns that the system may be manipulated to prevent teachers from reaching higher pay tiers. Additionally, the company imposes steep penalties. If you value your mental well-being, this may not be the ideal workplace.
