Easy to spot the clique (favoritism) if wanting to join in and also very easy to get a grip of the expressed culture. Give you a chance to jump ship if it doesn’t suit you…
Cons
Either you’re in or you’re out independently of your performance. The company culture is sectarian steered by CEO. No own initiatives or thoughts to improve are appreciated in any way - all actions (even how to sleep eat train) are micro managed by an army of CEO’s young soldiers. Backstabbing is part of everyday work life at bjorn borg. Seems like ceo even enjoyed creating drama between coworkers. Highly dysfunctional environment from an employee perspective.
