Pros
You get to work with some of the hardest working yet lovable folks you'll ever encounter. Everyone is very eager to learn from one another in the hopes of becoming a more efficient team (and ultimately you'll come to see them as an extended family of sorts). You'll learn a great deal about custom suiting and all the details that make for a great fitting garment. For anyone who missed out on Marketing undergraduate courses, you'll quickly get a crash course on all things related to digital marketing at Black Lapel.
Cons
The marketing voice can be overwhelming at times. Occasionally you will find yourself having to play the role of educator as well as subject matter expert (especially if you're the only person in the room with your particular set of responsibilities and duties). This may encumber productivity, especially when deadlines are pressing. [My advice to anyone is to make sure you (1) live and breathe B2C/retail/marketing, (2) want to thrive in that environment, and (3) want to make B2C/retail experiences better for all parties involved day in and day out.]
