      Pros

      There is no professional work culture in this company. infact as a matter of fact they want their employees to work like robots and spent extra hours and the moment you are late by 1 min they will cut it from your salary but wont pay a single dime for overtime.

      Cons

      Everything about is a big no no.

      Pros

      Great benefits, easy job, good supervisors, excellent extensive training so you feel comfortable on the phones, good pay

      Cons

      They are still working out some issues with the programs used, but I didn't really mind. The job isnt year aroind, so you can only rrally work 6-9 months full time during open enrollment

      I enjoy the consumers I help every day.

      Cons

      The company sub-contracted to employ for this position I can't stand. They work on a point system without any give on being human.
