- Not a sales friendly job, meaning commission structure changed every month, got paid very little on "big deals". - No structure, no meetings with other departments, so no one was on the same page ever. - No consistent pay schedule, would miss multiple paydays, paying late, not the right amount, etc. - Was promised health benefits and other "perks" but never received any. - No training or employee orientation, good luck.
