Overworked - Associate BlackRock Employee Review

Compwnsation growth was a major concern. Raises were minimal or nonexsistent and did not keep pace with inflation or the raising cost of benifits each year. The removal of work flexiability was also disappointing and negatively impacted work life balance. Additionaly annual review process felt largely ineffective and lacked meaningful feedback. It was very scriped by senior leaders.
