During my time at the firm, I found the working environment difficult. The culture often felt cliquey, and it was hard to feel included or supported. Interactions between some team members could come across as unwelcoming, which created a tense atmosphere. At times, the behaviour I experienced felt dismissive and unprofessional, and it affected my overall wellbeing and job satisfaction.
