      -Most of the people you work with are very sharp, and this motivates you to do better each day -Fair compensation -Good work life balance on most investment teams -client focus is real, and important

      Cons

      -Support/back office functions have lost a lot of good people without being replaced, and this may ultimately come back to hurt the firm -The firm may have gotten too big too fast... a lot of the communication networks within the firm have frayed
