      Pros

      Great open culture. No one micro manages. Very smart people around you. Lots to learn.

      Cons

      Owing to so many mergers, many teams are spread out and not much of interaction with them. Legacy systems cause too much confusion and chaos. Some structure required. Teams in NY can be very arrogant and need to depend on them for everything.
