At this point, almost everything is a con. There is a huge lack of transparency both in FutureAdvisor leadership and in Blackrock leadership. Any dissent is not tolerated. People are leaving FutureAdvisor in droves. It's full "abandon ship" there. FutureAdvisor has moved within Blackrock's main office now, and the lines have been so blurred, the culture of FutureAdvisor has been completely destroyed.
The worst part is that management doesn't even realize the damage they have done and continue to do to their employees. Managers only care about getting the next product out, at whatever cost. Morale has been gone for better part of a year. It seems like at this point management is doing thing to encourage people to leave.
