Working as an ACS analyst was the worst experience of my life; the job was completely mis-sold as a technical consultancy, whereas in fact it is a call centre. Tickets and phone calls are all you will do in ACS, and management actively micro-manage every client email you send, and then rank you against your peers to try and promote competition. The culture is toxic, the work hours long and as a result people turn on each other frequently. DO NOT WORK IN ACS IF YOU HAVE ANY SELF RESPECT.
