It is a large firm, which can provide exposures to various department and job functions. It is a not bad place to start your career especially when you are out of school.
Cons
Compensation is low compared to peer group. As a large corporation, it has a lot of inefficiency and politics. Sometimes, hard to figure out business reasons behind decision.
