Declining Culture - Associate BlackRock Employee Review

BlackRock is now in a position where it is trying to cut costs. It is making poeple redunant, and asking current employees 'to do more with less'. This causes people to become overworked, stressed, and unhappy. This declines the culture and makes the company not a great one to work at. I would understand if they paid us better but they don't, so the harder work is not justified.
