Stagnant growth for technical people PS team is treated as a third party team by the R&D team though both are same company The team is Sydney office is more a Sales and services team and not really for technical or software developers. They are in minority and rest of team not necessarily understand and appreciate their challenges The rapport you shared with the team and your manager does not necessarily carry forward when new team and manager comes in.
