Pros

Really good PTO, benefits, coworkers are usually really nice and helpful.

Cons

Really low pay and OTE. Most reps hardly hit quota and a significant amount are always miserable and stressed due to the micromanagement. The only want to be successful is to work 60+ hours and devote all extra time to this job.

Honestly, at the time there weren’t many cons.
