Pros
Really convenient location right in the city centre. Great team and atmosphere. An option for hybrid work. Snacks and beverages (including Friday drinks). Lots to learn and many technology-aspects to get into. Really good work-life balance. Flat company hierarchy means a more direct link with the top management.
Cons
No benefit package especially in comparison with the other company offices overseas (like breakfasts/lunches, all day barrister, gym with group training classes), except for pension contributions (lower range). No bonuses, no car allowance, no cycle-to-work. No HR department as such. Remuneration lower than average market standards (i.e non competitive). Flat company hierarchy means no career progression, no clear path for career progression, and no information regarding projects pipeline.
