The whole of the uk business is all run by family friends which makes for a very unfair place to work if someone from the team doesn't like you and they just so happen to be the boss's best mates fathers uncle then you aren't getting anywhere, there no progression through the business unless your in the click, and as a business they just don't understand there market and customers which is a real shame
