      Pros

      Very professional, Uniform is nice, Flexible schedule, technology is very advance.

      Cons

      below average pay, Too many rules, They deduct money from your pay check for uniforms, accessories and if you show up late or fall asleep at the job they write you up and fine you 100 dollars extra. I repeat the guards start at $9Hr and armed is $11 Hr That's crazy !!!! Trust me don't apply here or you will be sorry.

      The company does not provide comprehensive and commensurate pay to employees, staff, and contractors. No insurance, sick day, vacation, bonuses, and other benefits that competitors offer to retain and motivate their team members.
