Pretending I love my job - Anonymous employee Blasius Employee Review

There is a culture of gossip among workers and management that has gone unchecked for YEARS. I have never experienced so much gossip at any other company I have worked for. Each day I go into work and know I can say nothing when I am humiliated and given the worst and lowliest tasks to 'break' me I guess. at this point I feel nothing more can possibly be done to me. I leave no personal effects at work and when engaging in conversation I make up facts about myself because everything I say is being reported. I am exhausted pretending each day i love my job...so they wont get the satisfaction that they are hurting me.
