Pros

- Commitment to clients is unwavering - Breadth and depth of experience and talent across core employees and our consultants - Respect and collaboration; knowledge sharing - Tremendous support and camaraderie cross all levels, and between core employees and consultants - Exceptional leadership engagement; open to feedback and constructive ideas - Fluidity of strategic thinking and execution; always striving to enhance what we do for clients, employees, consultants and the business - Ability for core employees and consultants to participate in benefit and 401K plans - Work/life optimization is encouraged and supported - Committed 2 Growth

Cons

Not so much a Con; more of ‘a good problem to have.’ Our client, practice, employee, and consultant growth have all been tremendous, and C2G Partners is on a trajectory to be a larger company over the next few years. No company is perfect, but at the end of the day, all suggestions and comments are being heard and evaluated at C2G Partners. As the company grows, it will be able to act on more of the cost-impacting ideas, such as contributions to the 401K plan.

Pros

Honestly, the thing I didn't expect was how much people here actually want to help you succeed. I've reached out to colleagues across teams and time zones since starting and everyone has been warm, generous with their time, and genuinely invested in making sure I'm set up well. That's not nothing. The work is interesting and the timing feels right. Being in the AI and data space right now means there's real energy behind what the company is doing, and you feel that in the day-to-day. Leadership communicates in a way that actually feels personal, which I appreciate more than I expected to. The team I'm on is collaborative and thoughtful, and there's an obvious effort to build culture on purpose rather than just hope it happens. Company events and internal programming feel considered, not like checkbox exercises.

Cons

Being globally distributed is genuinely great in a lot of ways, but coordinating across time zones takes real effort and you have to be intentional about building relationships remotely. Not a dealbreaker, just something to go in with eyes open about. Some processes are still developing, which makes sense for a growing company. If you like building and figuring things out, you'll be fine. If you need a lot of structure from day one, expect a bit of a ramp.

It’s wonderful to hear that the intentional culture we’re building at Blend360 has made such a positive impact during your first year. We truly believe our people are our greatest strength, and I’m glad you’ve felt that support across teams and time zones. We appreciate your perspective on the 'intentionality' required for a global, remote-first team. We are committed to continuing to make space for those genuine connections as we grow.
