      Good culture, Great exposure to UK clients and their products. Great leaders i had got to work with

      Cons

      No Stabilty they can fire you anytime anyday. doesnt matter how much of dependency you have, i have seen 50 people team boil down to one member team. Smartest of smart minds were fired without any prior notice

      Pros

      The quality of the people you get to work with and the overall fun and dynamic culture means you get to accelerate your career and create and deliver meaningful projects at any stage of it.

      Cons

      Its not for the faint-hearted. Building start ups is hard. There is uncertainty and lots of change constantly. However we provide a ton of training to build resilience and enjoy the often hectic journey! Join if you love your work and want to accelerate your career and enjoy doing hard things.
