Physically demanding at times. High expectations usually resulted with high quality co-workers. Good compensation for a part time job with the occasional great tips. Management is down to earth and will listen to your suggestions. The owner keeps an eye on operations and will get in there and work elbow to elbow with the dishwashers or chefs if there is work that needs to be done. I have a lot of respect for the ownership and management team.

Physically demanding at times. There are deadlines to meet and sometimes high strung clients to appease. This sometimes creates a high stress work environment, sometimes late nights.
It is a team oriented environment. Management is down to earth, colleagues usually have a sense of humor. Easy work, easy to learn.

Lots of loading and unloading into vans, etc. Expect a lot out of employees with little return. Not the best money. The process of getting events ready and executing events seems to be extremely chaotic, managements running all over the place.
