Pros
Supportive team, actively being involved in projects, learnt so much things in here! Also, we received free lunch everyday, certainly a benefit you rarely see in other companies.
Cons
Some projects are given to interns without proper oversight, which meant full time employees can only perform damage control when a mistake is happening. Also due to the work nature, sometimes there are work to do on weekends or even public holidays (no overtime for this by the way).
