The attrition is very high, not just at entry/ mid level but also in leadership. 4th CRO in a 6 year old company
People care more about showing that they are working than actually working. Half of the time spent is on redundant things.
There is no clarity on what we are now as a company, what started as a women's activewear brand is no longer just activewear or women. Trying to do too much- new categories, new markets, new genders, new channels and getting nowhere.
The company is surviving on discounting every month, everyone knows now that blissclub runs a sale every month.
Brand image is clearly getting diluted in consumers minds be it in terms of their positioning as a brand or quality (the products don't feel the same anymore),
Company has not been able to fix inventory issues, every year they launch seasonal products once the season is over.
The appraisals are always mediocre and exceptional talent is not rewarded fairly.
