Block Gemini offers No PF policy, Medical Insurance and SALARY. Thats right, there's no specific date they mention for salary, so they will credit your salary anytime after 2 or 3 months. If you raise this query, you will be terminated soon. No HR or even the company apologies or send formal notice for delay in salary. They can't take accountability for anything. This company hires you only for six months and after they will terminate you. You can see their stats. The people who are working there apply and attend interviews regularly at office because of this situation and I've seen this everyday. Most senior level employees are either terminated or resigned while I was working there.
