      Nothing to say as Pros. Just a Show off Company

      A bunch of Unprofessional people . It seems higher managers are friends or friend of friend of the owner. They don't have any idea of what is Software Industry. They have some office in middle east, usually in middle-east such small companies in the treatment to Indians in IT field are very bad, as if they are below the level of a office boy or peon. These people have come to India and practicing same attitude to IT professionals as third rated laborers.

      I had a job to report to everyday.

      Cons

      Manager and Team Lead delegated most of their work to me. Had to work overtime with no extra pay. Pointless meetings. Lower than market budget to close positions from the firm but high expectancy from the applying candidates in terms of experience. Worked on redundant databases for a good while because manager thought we should still explore old candidates instead of giving us fresher leads to reach out to.
