      They lure with high salary offer

      They will not pay salary on time. No good projects to sustain on long run. No work Ethics. No work culture. No professionalism. Lots of politics. Bad Management. Join this company at your own risk and if you are bachelor. Because you never know when you become unfit for this company and they show you doors with no prior intimations.

      I had a job to report to everyday.

      Cons

      Manager and Team Lead delegated most of their work to me. Had to work overtime with no extra pay. Pointless meetings. Lower than market budget to close positions from the firm but high expectancy from the applying candidates in terms of experience. Worked on redundant databases for a good while because manager thought we should still explore old candidates instead of giving us fresher leads to reach out to.
