      Pros

      Being in the EdTech field is a fun way to learn new technology. The team I worked with was fun and great. Healthcare isn't bad Dental & Vision paid for An alright 401k with employer match (4%)

      Cons

      Micro-management from CEO CEO has multiple personalities/identities Lack of pay 2 sick days (can't retain/stack) 10 days of vacation (not paid out/doesn't stack)

      Pros

      My experience working with Blocksi is positive. The company offers a stable salary with on-time payments and additional vacation days. There are also perks like longer lunch, daily snacks and Friday pizzas. We enjoy a certain degree of autonomy in managing our work, as well as access to extra courses on platforms like Udemy upon request.

      Cons

      More flexibility for hybrid work would be welcome.

      Pros

      - Remote work in the US - K-12 Industry that feels fulfilling to work in and helps students

      Cons

      - Private company, so all decisions are under one person - Owner does not care about the mission - Owner is inexperienced as a CEO, but will still label themselves as CTO.
