Upper management likes to put every worker in fear that you can be fired at any minute. The only way to be converted is to wear skinny jeans and have a beard or what really gets you in is work on the plant managers personal house. If your a women stay away they push them out as fast as they come in and Hr does nothing .(come on Hr and your women) . The turnover is extremely high and will continue until you remove upper management . California really needs to investigate upper management due to the firing of the females and the treatment of employees . Managers are non-visible on the floor and hide at their desk or in their offices . Most of the supervisor are bullies or complete morons that they continue to move around to different departments because they continue to screw up . Stay away
