1. MNC driven by poor management only on mumbai . 2. Extremely poor HR operation in Mumbai. HR behaves as lay man from normal steel workshop. He has forgotten even his basic job function. He is puppet of his own. Extremely mismanaged no respect for employees, he himself is not aware of code of ethics & business conduct. 3. No growth in organisation, this is result of poor leaders at top level, they don't think of there own growth, so they just pressurise there peers or reportees pointing there negative points, generating very unhealthy & toxic work culture. 4. Iteration rate is very high result of non retention policy of HR. It's very simple they don't value there employee much being in R& D they free resource very easily which inturn will create competition for themself in near future killing there own existence in near future again a big fault of HR & poor leadership. 5. I recommend this company only for learning, you can't plan long term here because poor leadership & non deserving HR will kill your confidence & leave you with lot of negative thoughts. 6. Employees are not values, non recognise, not they is performance based hike it operate purely as local workshop 6. My reviews are pure neutral & true this are not due to any heat of moment situation they are real to avoid people from falling in there trap. 7. Identify & remove toxic people from organization who don't trust employee, organisation & organisation goals & product
