      Pros

      Lots of things and very flexible on schedule and flat organization. Good opportunities overall and most of those are in New York.

      Cons

      Mass exodus recently due to the Pandemic. Also, a lot of areas of the Business and engineering side don't know what the one hand is doing.

      good working envionroment and not much hierchy structure. sometimes pay for team event.

      Cons

      start at 8am. no breakfast and dinner besides snack.
