- None, they have no clients and can’t even fix problems in their own system. - They try to pretend that they are doing a lot work but in reality no one works here.
Cons
Zero job security, no work-life balance, and loads of nepotism. - They always talk about taking ‘ownership’ of the work, but whenever something goes wrong top management always blame it on employees and fire them. Happened in the past with their Audio-Video team, their HR team also. - I was fired because of a project that my manager overpromised to his manager and when the team couldn’t do it, even when they were warned about it, they simply ignored us. And when the project couldn’t be completed within their unrealistic time expectations, they simply fired me. The people managing the project still remain and even the manager still remains in the organisation. Why? NEPOTISM. - My manager is also in that position cause he has connections with the CEO/Director. - The manager also favours a few certain people, and only they are not fired. - They talk about integrity and mutual respect but they are full of malice and people are disposable to them. - After firing, they took over two months to clear my FNF. Just see how slow their processes are and how shallow these people are. - They also strongly promote anti-work-life-balance. They say work is a part of life hence it’s wrong so you are expected to just work work work all day and even at night after office hours.
