      The company cares about their clients but more importantly, cares for their coworkers/family. Everyone has a seat at the table and everyone has a voice!

      Cons

      It's not a culture fit for everyone as we strive to find solutions for every obstacle, we love people who has a "can do" attitude and we respect everyone's opinion even at times when we don't agree with each other. If that's not your thing, it won't be a good fit for you.

      Pros

      Great employees/staff. Very much a team feel

      Cons

      Management is concerned about the bottom line and sometimes care for staff is sacrificed. Work life balance is praised but if you don’t go way above and beyond which can impact work life balance you are criticized.
