Set hours, with room to add. Weekly pay, 401k, vision, dental. Etc. The climb to management isn’t that hard.
Cons
Weather determines pay. Bad weather means no business, means less hours. Open door policy could lead to some favoritism. Some management practices unethical, ex. poor performance resulting in hours starvation.
