Pros

I had the delight of working for blue frontier for a short amount of time but in that space the agency and management showed great attention to its staff. From day one the marketing team makes you feel like part of the team, onboarding is smooth and team leaders are always there helping out when needed. Like any agency there are busier periods but blue frontier detail to managing these even at the busiest of times made me feel reassured that support was there if needed. The close bond of the team helps gel everyone together as a great place to learn from others whilst also teaching others your area of expertise. Working with a wide range of clients can provide a good area to expand on your current skillset Blue Frontier showed class above any agency that I had been at even after handing in my notice during some difficult news in my personal life Sammy, James and the other management at blue frontier made sure I was supported and offered me options that really helped my situation and reduced stress on myself during a tough time, it may have been a small gesture from the agency management but to me it meant alot and showed truly how much they cared.

Cons

Time management can be a little stressful.

Pros

Career progression is very much on the cards. The preference is always to promote from within first, by rewarding and retaining good people. Annual performance / salary conversations (with actual results) Supportive management team, all the way up. Highly skilled workforce - always someone to learn from. Very interesting and varied clients Training is encouraged R&D initiative Free, ample parking (Salisbury) Fantastic facilities and amenities (coffee on tap, fresh fruit, bread, milk, soft drink fridge, pool table) No expectation to arrive early, work through lunchbreaks, or stay late. Smart-casual dress code Personally, I have grown more in the last 4 years since joining BF than in the previous 14, combined. I love the culture of this place, there is a lot of pride in producing quality work, and anytime someone is struggling they are encouraged to speak up without the risk of judgement.

Cons

We are very busy and while I don't think this necessarily is a bad thing (it is manageable), if you aren't used to a full workload, it can be a bit daunting.

Pros

Expanding company taking on bigger and more interesting client work. Trusted to get on and do the work. Ethical work practices relating to clients and colleagues (big plus). Working with intelligent likeminded professionals. Very hands on role - involved at the cutting edge. Discussions centre around the fine details of subjective elements, eg, design, content rather than humdrum processes. Encouraging bosses who are approachable and will act when needed. Pleasant working conditions and some nice perks.

Cons

Subjective opinions can lead to occasional harsh feedback. Discussions can wander into the slight 'defensive'. Daily minor niggles of working in a busy office environment.
