As other reviews have stated, this place is not an enjoyable work experience at all. Leadership: none. Management is a better word, and even that is a stretch. If your goal is to grow and learn, you will not find that here. The management has 0 experience in digital marketing or web design. When trying to get your job done, you will find yourself moving backwards because the constant roadblocks of incompetence that are in your way. Culture: If being demeaned, yelled at, and made to feel like just a number, this is the place for you. They will preach values and culture, but the phrase "show not tell" does not apply to them. Saying you value your people and actually showing it are 2 VERY different things. It is very quickly evident that the owners treat this business as their play thing and have no problem making people feel like they don't matter. Compensation: you will most likely be brought in under your market value, with the promise of advancement. This will not happen. Even though the company is growing, the employees that are actually making it grow will not see a dime. On MULTIPLE occasions, loyal employees asked for deserved raises, only to be told to their faces to go get another job offer to prove they are worth the raise they are asking for. Advancement: you will have 0 room for growth. Instead of promoting within, they hire from the outside and most times, you will have no idea of openings. It's not a good sign when the people producing actual work are outnumbered heavily by people that sit around and "strategize" that aren't actually good at it.
