      1. CEO and HR are nice and considerate, they try to listen to you 2. WFH fully (unless there’s an ftf meeting/event) 3. offset is a thing

      Cons

      1. Veeeery cliquey, you’d have to ride with their humor and dynamics to be close with them 2. Normal to work during weekends 3. No leaves until you get regularized

      Full-time Work From Home, except during events Management is hands-on, proactive, they listen to employee concerns and take action asap Leaders allow autonomy / authority of their employees and uphold integrity Project-based incentives
